Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang had scored 9 goals in his last 8 games for FC Barcelona. He scored 2 beautiful goals against Madrid few hours ago, and proved his goalscoring quality once again in a big game of such. His 4th Goal in Santiago Bernabéu (Madrid Stadium) 🏟
A reminder Arsenal let him go on a free transfer.
Barça have always been doing a great job when signing players from Arsenal. Let them come for Lord Braithwaite and we are ready to listen to them. – Audu Gideon
People trying to create this extra wedge between Arsenal fans and the club for no reason. He was incredible for us and we loved him for it especially that FA cup win 🏆 He unfortunately couldn’t find form for a long time and wasn’t doing it for us anymore (and lacked commitment) so we got rid of him now we are much much better off and we’re happy to see him doing well! It’s that simple really. – Harry Rule
We really don’t know what was wrong with him in Arsenal, no one told him please don’t score. He was so much appreciated and (so much paid) but he chose to leave this way
Thank God that our performance got better after he left as it looks we were playing minus 1 with him on the pitch –
One important skill you must have to deliver quality work is the skill of letting your work sit. I will explain.
When writing a book or an article or social media content, it is not uncommon to have an overflow of ideas that end up in your writing. Some of them may be relevant and some may not.
If you decide to finish your writing, edit and send to your client or move on to the next phase as soon as you are done, you might be making a terrible mistake.
Letting your work sit is the process where you write and literally move away from your writing for a couple of hours or days. After which you come back to it and read from the beginning with fresh eyes/perspective.
This is a skill that has helped me weed out unnecessary things in my writing and flesh up my work with relevant ones.
If you haven’t been doing this, why not try it and see the result? And if you have been doing this, can you share your experience?
To your everyday success

Finally, the book of 1 Timothy 4:12 CEB says: Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young. Instead, set an example for the believers through your speech, behavior, love, faith, and by being sexually pure. On no account should you despise or look down on yourself, because you are young. We were asked to request what we want from God in prayers on Friday, THE INGATHERING pre-meeting day, which I did requested. I told God to help me sort out my debts. Surprisingly, God granted my request the following day…. GLORY!!! – Oyedele Oluwatosin, Lagos 🇳🇬 Saturday 26th Feb 2022.
The Christian race is not a competition of “who wins or who loses!”. It is like a family business, a military operation or a war with everyone at their own spot with their own specifications. If we are winning, we win together. If one gets injured, it is our responsibility. If one gets to the top, we all did.
If a nation wins a war, will the applause be given to one man or the nation? If a football team wins a football match who gets the glory? One man or the whole team? What if a team loses? Just like Manchester United is been dragged (smiles).
So, how come you are the one dragging people in your team? I hope we all grow to the point where we understand this kingdom principle. If one becomes popular, the kingdom is advancing; we should be happy and grateful. We don’t try to stop them from having fame or become jealous of the followers they have, but if we can, we bring them out and let their own light shine.
Why? We are all enhancing God’s kingdom. You don’t have to be the popular one or the man on the stage, but if it is your brother or sister, then you shouldn’t be envious of them.
Lastly, don’t try to win this race alone, you are only preparing yourself to fail. Know your tribe; let’s go together, work together, run together and we will definitely win together. Credit: The Journey of A Christian Lady; edited by Oliseh Udogwu.
8 Things That Make Young People Remain in Church
It’s no secret that many college-age or university students who were raised in church backslide once they’re on their own. On the other hand, some churches have done a good job by keeping and reaching out to this group (youths and teenagers in church). Here’s what keeps young people in church:
• Genuine Relationships
First, they have strong relationships with others of their age. Secondly, they have a ministry leader they respect and from whom they want to learn from. Thirdly, and perhaps most importantly—they have relationship with older adults. Young people long for older mentors, teachers, counsellor and models, and the church that offers these relationships will be a magnet for young people.
• Deep Theology
This generation isn’t interested in watered-down or weak theology. They’re especially not interested in churches that ignore theology. Rather, they want to think deeply and discuss theology with others who can help them think through their positions.
• Hands-on Opportunities
Christian service, to this group, means much more than just attending church and putting naira or dollars in the offering plate; it means actually ministering somehow to make a difference in somebody’s life. If young people can’t get their hands dirty in taking the gospel to hurting people, they’re not inclined to get on board.
• Meaningful Purpose
This generation can be selfish, but they can also be more interested in causes than other generations. Whether the issue is poverty, human trafficking, addiction, or any number of causes, young people want to take on issues bigger than themselves.
• Honest Answers
Today’s young people don’t simply accept the theology of their home church. They question it all, but usually not without a willingness to learn. They want a church that recognizes their questions, respects their struggles, offers well thought-out responses, and says “I don’t know” when necessary.
• “Adopted” Family
Here, I’m thinking particularly of young people who are geographically or emotionally distant from their families of origin. They’re looking for opportunities to be part of a family—to have dinner with them, to get to know their kids, to see how to love spouses and raise children, and to have a place of refuge when life gets overwhelming.
• Pastoral Support
My experience is that churches who keep young people have pastors who give them time and attention. They see the lead pastor not just as the “guy who preaches,” but as a friend they can approach when needed.
• Global Missions
The missionary heart in me is grateful to see this trend. Young people like both the adventure of travel and the faith-risk of going where others may not go. Churches that capitalize on this passion will attract and keep a young generation. Credit: Chuck Lawless

BIBLE STUDENTS, DID YOU KNOW?
☆ (Prov 30:24-28) says Four Animals are exceedingly wise: Ants, Coneys, Locusts and Lizards.
10 Prayer Points for Praise and Worship Team and Choirs.
Here are some ways to pray for the ones who will lead the praise and worship in your church this month. Take 15 minutes today to intercede, and lift them up to God in prayers.
1. Pray they will be pure as they lead.
Ability to play an instrument and sing a song is not enough to qualify to lead the church to worship through music. Godliness is essential.
2. Pray the worship team will genuinely be a team as they lead.
Some of the biggest struggles leaders face is not from outsiders; it’s from members of the same team. Pray for supernatural team unity.
3. Pray they will lead solely in God’s power.
As a communicator, I can fall into the trap of speaking in my own ability. I assume that temptation is equally true for worship music leaders who are gifted, trained, experienced and often the best in the room at what they do.
4. Pray God will grant them focus.
It’s easy to get distracted when facing an entire congregation of people for much of the service (it’s that way for me as a speaker sometimes). Even one person who’s not singing can catch a worship team’s attention.
5. Pray for peace for those who might silently be bearing their own burdens.
Everyone sees the leaders on the stage, and those leaders want to show God’s joy as they lead. That’s hard to do when your own life is filled with heartache.
6. Pray that any potential complainers will (a) pray first and (b) express concerns only appropriately, and not on the day of worship.
Worship leaders frequently receive more complaints than warranted, often because worship style preferences are so subjective. Ask God to guard them from complainers this weekend.
7. Pray they themselves will worship as they lead others to do so.
Sometimes those who lead are so focused on the details, that they miss God in their own lives. Pray that won’t happen to your church’s worship team.
8. Pray the enemy will not lure them into pride.
The line between giving your absolute all to God in worship and appearing to be performing can be razor thin. Pray the Lord’s protection around those who lead.
9. Pray the sung word will set the table for the spoken word.
These tasks are not exclusive; they are complementary. Both matter.
10. Pray someone will share “Testimony” via the worship and praise ministrations this month.
Pray this prayers, and be the first person to express gratitude and share big testimony this month!!!
How To Be A Great Christian Teenager
This article will help you to become a great Christian teenager; whether you are a boy or girl, this is for you. Have a great and enjoyable teenage Christian life as you practice what you read!
1. Be reasonable and considerate: your fairness should be visible to others. This includes being sober, free of excesses.
“Your tongue (words) has the power of life and death; those who love to talk will reap the consequences.” (depression, incitement, anger, judging, harshness, unfairness, untruth, sarcasm, reverse logic, mean, hate, and even: leading to injury, unjust war).
Say what is true in love. Don’t cuss, berate, rant or rave. Stand firm and tall, not being unnecessarily “mean”. If you slip in anger or nonsense — apologize; mean it and move on.
2. Love others: Listen more. Be positive; be enthused about the hope that you have. Be fair, not treating people indiscriminately, indifferently, but treat them individually, not coloring everybody with a wide brush.
3. Take a Bible with you just about everywhere you go: whether it is the shopping mall or the arcade with your little brother or sister.
Read your Bible every morning and every night, or anytime for answers to spiritual questions. It would be helpful to have two Bibles: a study Bible for home and a gift Bible for travel, that you can give away if someone needs it. Create a Bible study notebook as well.
4. Pray every morning, every night, before every meal, when in doubt, when you’re scared, when you’re in need of spiritual help, or just any time you can.
If someone else comes to you with a problem, offer to pray with them. You’d be surprised at how helpful this can be from their view.
5. Go to Sunday morning church service, Sunday night church service, Wednesday night church service, and any other church service such as: live nativity, revival, Bible study, or baptisms.
6. Talk to others about Jesus; you would be surprised how much one person can make a difference.
Confronting or arguing with friends and family about sensitive subjects like this is a surefire way to make them feel irritated or uncomfortable. So, be patient and mindful of their feelings, avoid topics that are particularly touchy; pray for them and do not criticize them directly. Practicing an idea of what to say in advance is also a good idea to ensure you’re conveying what you’re trying to in a way that seems non-judgmental and easier for them to listen to. It’s up to them to receive Christ as their Lord and Savior, but you can be supportive.
7. Donate some time, money and possessions “to others in need of your help, giving all of your old clothes to a needy person, family or places like Goodwill, Salvation Army, Orphanage home etc. Occasionally, volunteer and do daily, personal charity of your own. In the Gospels, Jesus commands: “Love one another.” — saying “if you have no [such] love, then you are none of mine.”
8. Try to be as natural as possible, because God made mankind the way He wanted us, in his image, and wants us to improve.
God does not want us to try to change ourselves superficially — with things like strange hair dye, body piercings, and tattoos.
But, if you have done all that and then come to Christ, use it all to advantage to reach the people similar to yourself, who may feel out of place with the most genteel and proper of great Christians, who don’t get it…
Be well groomed, take care of your body and carry yourself well in both posture and confidence. Cleanliness and neatness also apply to your clothing, all of this will help you make a good impression, regardless of your taste in clothes. Invest a little time in good skin and hair care daily — to enhance your appearance, naturally.
Girls, dress for success, modestly: that means please try to avoid mini skirts, short dresses, low cut tops, sleeveless tops, or short shorts. Wearing such clothing is not particularly wrong for your comfort, but it is certainly wrong to cause some other Christian brother to stumble by lusting over your body just because you want to feel more “comfortable”. Wearing modest clothing isn’t as limiting as you may think, modest clothes can still match your personal style quite nicely. Consider visiting a department store — with someone whose tastes in clothing you respect — to try new things on and see what styles and colors look better on you.
Girls, a little makeup can enhance natural beauty. All you need for daily wear is a bit of brown or blackish brown mascara, sheer lip gloss and blush in a flattering shade. Try concealer, if you have acne — or use powder, if you have oily skin; just be careful to not overdo it. A little eyeshadow, eyeliner and natural lipliner or lipstick are for special occasions. The key is to enhance, not overpower, what God has given you.
9. If you have not already, then get saved: ask Jesus into your heart and ask to receive the Holy Spirit; just go to your preacher or another trusted adult such as a parent, Sunday school teacher, or even a friend’s parent, and ask one to help you with getting saved.
Not by work but by receiving the free gift, “by faith through God’s grace”; so that, after you accept God’s plan, then you will actively work and extend grace, because we “love others as he first loved us”, and also “do good-works appointed” for each of us, as you accept and pass that grace (unmerited favor) on to others, and because you are justified, and pardoned freely by God — for all you have ever done or do. Realize that you will get what you plant into your own life and into the lives of others — “you’ll reap what you sow”, in another way of expressing that.
10. Follow up being saved: you should get baptised and live for Jesus, seeking the best of God’s plan, for whatever you do. Encourage others to be saved and baptised. Follow Jesus and The Ten Commandments all of the time.
Love God! Show it by loving others — helping those in need. Anybody can say that they love God, but also show that you do through actions and words.
Honor your father and you mother at all times no matter how hard it may be. Arguing nicely with them may not be pleasant, but it comes with being a teenager and a human. Just make sure you resolve any conflicts that arise, take the initiative to do this, if necessary and try your best to stay on good terms with them. Do not steal or cheat. Be honest, not wasting breath or killing time.
Create a Christian website or articles with your notes and other information like inspiring testimonies and Bible verses. If you have a Facebook, Twitter, or other social media platform, you may also consider putting verses there for your friends to see and talk about how much God has done for you.
11. Find the right friends: in other words, make friends that will be a good support system for you and encourage you to be your best self, not a completely different person. Be friendly with everyone. However, avoid falling under the bad influences of troublemakers, backstabbers, liars or bullies.
Don’t fight with others. Always turn the other cheek. Don’t growl. Try to maintain your composure when stressed. Get energized, enthusiastic and inspired, but not frenzied; have an edge by living by faith (not by sight), not allowing moods or feelings to change your outlook! However, also know anxiety is a human emotion and there’s no way to dodge it entirely.
Find quiet ways to curb anxiety, sadness, anger, etc. Activities such as sports, writing and drawing can do a great at helping you relieve yourself as they become a distraction. If you need help and know things are out of control, never be afraid to ask. Also remember that crying is a natural and healthy way of relieving stress, just try to do it either alone or with people you know.
Be a peacemaker. Don’t get in harsh disagreements with people, whether it is physical or not. If there are direct insults, discrimination, aggression or anything intended to hurt, it’s gone too far. Don’t gossip about other people. It can really hurt somebody and yourself, when you cut-down others without good reason.
Don’t EVER be a bully – cyber, verbal, or physical. If you see another person being bullied for whatever reason, never be afraid to stand up for them. Odds are, they’ll be very grateful for your help and admire your courage. Don’t stay in abusive or toxic situations. The only thing you owe anybody who is going out of their way to hurt you is a kick out of your life.
Don’t avoid people because they have a different religion or ideology. Many of these people won’t pressure you to change who you are and you can learn a lot from such friendships.Demonstrate respect, fairness and kindness to others at all times. Be respectful to your elders at all times. Be set free of fear, hate and shame by living in Christ.
12. Offer to do things like teach younger children in Sunday school:
Offer to sing the special at your church service. Volunteer, such as: in the nursery or toddler room during Sunday service. Volunteer to help the teachers during VBS (vacation Bible school).
13. Be active and involved in good things with your family and friends. Have fun learning, working and doing chores at home and helping your family and friends.
Set a good example for children and younger teenagers. If you’re not comfortable with your brother or sister doing something, don’t do it yourself. Do your best in school. Make a good effort to study hard and love your schoolwork, it will reward you well after you graduate.
If you have a job, be a diligent worker, complete all your tasks on time and try to get along with your boss and co-workers. Don’t get in a habit of living on line, with social media or in chat-rooms or gaming all the time. Don’t choose or watch inappropriate movies or videos — cruel, bloody, violent, hate-filled, hard-core, vulgar, explicit content of many kinds.
Avoid listening to bad music – gang, violent, hate or trash-talk, i.e.: cussing like “‘bi-atch’, glorifying of ‘sin’ or immorality’…” or other inappropriate content (unworthy of your time and attention). Stay loyal to God and strive to be your best self now.

Youthful Magazine Player of the month ⚽️
Our Player of the month is FC Barcelona’s Pierre-Emerick Emiliano François Aubameyang (voted by Youthful Magazine’s readers and fans) for his outstanding performances, in February 2022.
Former Arsenal captain, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, has said that he is at home after completing a move to Barcelona.
Aubameyang signed an 18-month deal with Barcelona in the January transfer window after Arsenal agreed to cancel his contract following a falling out with Arsenal’s manager, Mikel Arteta.
The Gabonese striker and captain spent four years at Arsenal and was the club captain for the last two seasons, before being stripped of the armband following a ‘disciplinary breach’.
Aubameyang, who has scored five goals in his first six games for Barcelona, said things are going very well with Barca manager, Xavi. (as at 7th March, 2022)
“Things are going very well with Xavi,” Aubameyang told Bein Sports. “Xavi is a legend and will contribute many things to the club. “Barça deserves to be in front and I am very happy there because I’m at home. I am Spanish, for my mother’s sake; My grandfather was from Atletico and I just hope that wherever he’s, he will be proud of me for playing in the league.” – The French born striker said.
Facts: Aubameyang has 3 nationalities and was raised in Milan, Italy. He’s French by birth, Gabonese from his father and Spanish from his mother. Nevertheless, he decided to play international football for Gabon, Africa 🇪🇸🇫🇷🇬🇦
Anticipate the next player of the month by voting your most outstanding football player of March 2022 for April edition, via our Facebook page: Youthful Magazine. Kindly vote, your voting counts! Follow page for updates.
Club Statements: Chelsea FC For Sale! ⚽️
“I would like to address the speculation in media over the past few days in relation to my ownership of Chelsea FC. As I have stated before, I have always taken decisions with the Club’s best interest at heart. In the current situation, I have therefore taken the decision to sell the Club, as I believe this is in the best interest of the Club, the fans, the employees, as well as the Club’s sponsors and partners.” – Roman Abramovich.
The sale of the Club will not be fast-tracked, but will follow due process. I will not be asking for any loans to be repaid. This has never been about business nor money for me, but about pure passion for the game and Club. Moreover, I have instructed my team to set up a charitable foundation where all net proceeds from the sale will be donated.
The foundation will be for the benefit of all victims of the war in Ukraine. This includes providing critical funds towards the urgent and immediate needs of victims, as well as supporting the long-term work of recovery.
Please know that this has been an incredibly difficult decision to make, and it pains me to part with the Club in this manner. However, I do believe this is in the best interest of the Club.
I hope that I will be able to visit Stamford Bridge one last time to say goodbye to all of you in person. It has been a privilege of a lifetime to be part of Chelsea FC and I am proud of all our joint achievements. Chelsea Football Club and its supporters will always be in my heart. – Roman Abramovich.

The Importance of Information Technology in Today’s World 🌎
What is Information Technology?
Information technology (IT) involves the study and application of computers and any type of telecommunications that store, retrieve, study, transmit, manipulate data and send information. Information technology involves a combination of hardware and software that is used to perform the essential tasks that people need and use on the everyday basis.
Most IT professionals work with an organization and technically understand what they need in order to meet their needs. Many companies now have IT departments to manage computers, networks and other technical areas of their businesses. IT jobs include computer programming, network administration, computer engineering, web development, technical support, and many other related occupations.
Since we live in the “world of information”, information technology has become a part of our daily lives. In the coming decades (10, 20, 30 years), many corporations will create so-called “IT departments” to manage computer technologies related to their business.
Why Information Technology is important?
Information technology helps to build and grow the commerce and business sector and generate maximum possible output. The time taken by different sectors to generate business is now minimised with an advancement in Information technology. It provides electronic security, storage, and efficient communication.
To conduct the work, Information technology needs computer applications. Computers connect IT to the different organizations of the world. It helps the employees to maintain records of their numerous clients of various companies. It helps patients to contact physicians online and take advice regarding their health problems. Also, records of patients can be managed properly by the system.
To collect information, programming or coding, data conversion, data communications retrieval and storage, system analysis are used. Even the education sector has been dramatically changed with the arrival of Information Technology. To run business in the right way and generate expected outcomes, computers, software, and the internet helps a lot.
There are many types of roles in the field for Information Technology, such as:
• Data scientist
• Network Administrator
• System Administrator
• System analyst
• Technology Specialist
• Data scientist
• Database administrator
• IT Manager
• Support Analyst
• Database developer
• A software tester, Engineer, Architect
• Software Development Manager
• Network engineer
• Software / Application developer
• Technical consultant
Uses Of Information Technology
We can see the uses and role of Information Technology in our society in many fields:
Since the arrival of computers, the entire face of the business world has been changed. To run the different departments of business swiftly, use of Information Technology is important, and it is possible with computers and softwares. The use of information technology can be seen in departments such as finance, human resources, manufacturing, and security. Role of IT can’t be ignored.
Technology enables teachers to be up to date with new techniques and help their students to be updated with latest technologies, such as use of tablets, mobile phones, computers, and more in education. Information technology not only helps students to learn new things, but also helps students of college dropouts.
Information Technology opens the doors for traders and common people to do online purchases. Banks keep records of all the transactions and accounts through computers. Unlike before, now the transactions and other deals have become faster and easier.
With Information Technology, the field of medicine and health has been seeing tremendous improvements. For doctors, sending and receiving information, checking patients, and discussing with other experts have become very convenient. Also, it reduces the time taken in paperwork.
Online transactions and keeping records of all the online transactions are now more safe than earlier times. Only proper management and a person responsible for the system can access the data online. It prohibits any random person from checking the details. All these have been made possible by keeping the system passwords proof. Only permissible authority can access your information.
With improvements in Information Technology, globalization has increased. The world is brought closer, and the world’s economy is quickly becoming a single interdependent system. Information can be shared quickly and easily from all over the glob, and barriers of linguistic and geographic boundaries can be torn down as people share ideas and information with each other.
With Information Technology, new jobs have been created and introduced. It creates new jobs for programmers, hardware and software developers, systems analyzers, web designers and many others. Information Technology has opened an entirely new fields and thousands of jobs for IT professionals.
Why do we need Information Technology?
We need information technology in today’s world to establish faster communication, maintain electronic storage and provide protection to records. In a simple way, IT makes a system of electronic storage to provide protection to company’s records. Customer demands for secured maintenance files and all is made possible by IT.
Why is IT important in our daily lives?
Information technology is important in our lives because it helps to deal with every day’s dynamic things. Technology offers various tools to boost development and to exchange information. Both these things are the objective of IT to make tasks easier and to solve many problems. Credit: Digital Class
MY STORY: HOW MY LIFE CHANGED
Can God Really Forgive Me for the Death I Caused? Someone died because of a bad decision I made.
After a horrible accident while driving drunk, Melissa learns that there’s more to life. Melissa & edited by Emilie Vinson.
It was the beginning of my junior year at Michigan State University. I was the fun, pretty sorority girl. I was always flashing a big smile, always up for a party, and always willing to do whatever it took to maintain my image.
One night, my friend Joe and I went to a party where everyone was drinking and almost everyone was underage, including me. We arranged to have a designated driver, but when plans changed, I decided to drive Joe and myself home.
I merged onto the expressway in the wrong direction and drove into oncoming traffic. I hit two cars head-on, seriously injuring the people in those vehicles.
But far worse was that Joe died in the collision. I was in a coma for 11 days, and was hospitalized for a total of seven weeks. It was so hard for me to celebrate any progress I made because I kept thinking, “How can I celebrate getting better when Joe is dead?”
After I came home, my friends said, “What’s wrong with you? You’re not fun anymore.” But I just couldn’t be the girl I used to be. I couldn’t pretend that the only things that mattered in life were weighing 110 pounds and going out and drinking all the time.
I decided I needed something different, so I searched student organizations at Michigan State University and found Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ, Ministry). I didn’t know anything about Christians. I emailed Shannon Kandt, a Cru staff member, asking if I could go to her Bible study.
Afterward, we sat outside my sorority house and talked for three hours. At first, I was really closed off. But Shannon began to teach me about forgiveness.
She told me that Jesus died for my sins, and by believing in Him I could be completely forgiven. I so badly wanted to believe. But it seemed impossible in light of what I had done. How could God still love me so much that he would die for my sins?
I wanted to know more, so I went on a retreat with Cru. It was amazing to learn that God loved me when I had no love for Him, that I could have a relationship with Him and experience forgiveness in a way that could change my life.
The next morning, it became clear to me that Jesus really was worth my life. I decided to trust Him, believe in Him, and live for Him. I knew instantly that it was the best decision I’ve ever made.
Shortly after making her decision to follow Jesus, Melissa was brought up on criminal charges related to the auto accident, and received a prison sentence of 30 months. She was recently released, and is now completing her degree at Michigan State University, in the United States.

Chelsea Football Club are being sold, as per Roman Abramovich official announcement 📑🔵
“I would like to address the speculation in media over the past few days in relation to my ownership of Chelsea FC. As I have stated before, I have always taken decisions with the Club’s best interest at heart”.

Online dating receives a bad wrap on social media, and the media in general when it focuses on the weirdos, the perverts, and worse, the serial killers that lurk within these websites and apps. What we fail to remember is that, just like any other tool, it’s how you use it.
What we fail to remember is that WE are in control as to whom we choose to meet in person. Have you done the work in determining what exactly you are looking for? That’s going to determine which websites or apps you will join. Are you taking the time to write a decent, well thought out profile so that the right person will choose you among thousands of candidates?
Are your profile pictures of good quality, or is it just another bathroom selfie? When you message someone, do you write more than just, “Hi?”
Taking the time to be purposeful, mindful, and determined will see you through the very real challenges of meeting someone online. I see far too many people (both men and women) approaching online dating as an afterthought. It’s something that they have decided to “give a try”.
This, among many reasons, is the reason why people find themselves on these apps and websites for YEARS. If something is not working for you, take a step back and see what it is that you can do to improve your chances of finding someone. Ask someone to read your profile for any errors. Or to give it more of a spark. Have someone take a decent picture of you. With the proliferation of smartphones, we really do not have any excuses. Why is it that we take more time and effort to prepare for job interviews and not present our best selves online and on dates? It’s beyond my comprehension.
Online dating is one of the greatest inventions of our modern world. It was through this amazing technology that I was able to meet my Soulmate – Husband, in a record three months of being online.
I would have never met him if it wasn’t for online dating. He was everything that I was looking for and more. And that was and continues to be a huge blessing!

The Bible is the story of man’s complete ruin in sin and God’s great salvation in Christ.
Just as a brilliant, flawless diamond is best displayed against a black velvet background, so God’s great salvation shines forth against the dark background of man’s sin and rebellion.
God’s First Man
The Bible describes the creation of the heavens and the earth in one majestic sentence:
“In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.” (Genesis 1:1)
God created plant life, fish, birds, and animals, all in preparation for His greatest creation, man. (We are using the term “man” in these lessons to indicate mankind—the human race.)
Man did not come up from lower forms of life. He was created by God Himself.
The Bible says, “The Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul [a living person].” (Genesis 2:7)
Man was created by God as a living person. We do not call an animal a person. Man is not only a living person, but he has a spirit, which was breathed into him by God Himself. By his spirit, man can know God and receive his life.
Man is a created being. Man is not God, nor a part of God, but man is the highest of all God’s creatures because he was created in the image of God. The Bible says, “God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them.” (Genesis 1:27)
God gave man dominion over all the earth. God’s thought was to have a glorious head over all of His creation. God wanted a man who would rule over all things for His pleasure.
As soon as Adam and Eve were created, God blessed them. It was His first act regarding them. God told them to “be fruitful and multiply.” God wanted a whole race of people in His own image and after His moral likeness.
Why did God create man? God created man for His own satisfaction, and He takes pleasure in His handiwork. The Bible says, “The glory of the Lord shall endure for ever; the Lord shall rejoice in His works.”(Psalm 104:31)
When God completed His work of creation, He looked at everything that He had created and He was pleased. The Bible says, “And God saw everything that He had made, and, behold, it was very good” (Genesis 1:31)
Genesis, chapter three, is one of the most important chapters in the Bible. It shows how sin came into the world, the nature of sin, the source from which it came, and its consequences.
God placed Adam and Eve in a beautiful garden filled with good things to eat. God placed only one restriction on Adam and Eve. They were not to eat of “the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.”
For a time Adam and Eve were very happy. They had everything they needed to make them happy. Best of all, they had fellowship with God, their Creator. This made them supremely happy.
But God allowed His great enemy, Satan, to tempt Adam and Eve. Eve was deceived by Satan and she ate the forbidden fruit.
Adam was not deceived but he also ate the fruit. He chose to disobey God. This terrible rebellion and disobedience on the part of the first man brought sin and death into God’s beautiful world. The Bible says,
“Wherefore, as by one man [Adam] sin entered into the world, and death by sin…” (Romans 5:12)
How did sin come into the world? It came in by the disobedience of one man, Adam.
What is the nature of sin? It is rebellion against God and His will. What was the source from which sin came? The source was Satan. What were the consequences of Adam’s disobedience? It brought sin and death into the world. And it brought man under the control and power of Satan.
Adam’s Sinful Family
When Adam disobeyed God, he died spiritually; he was separated from God’s life. His nature changed. He now had a sinful nature. Because Adam was the head of the human family, he passed his sinful nature on to his children and to the whole human family.
Adam himself had been created “in the image of God,” but the children which he produced were “in his own likeness, after his image.”(Genesis 5:3) Adam produced a race of sinners like himself.
God No Longer had Pleasure in Adam
From the very moment that Adam sinned, God’s pleasure in him came to an end. God’s first man was now a sinner. Instead of purity and innocence, the germs of all kinds of evil were in Adam’s heart, and he passed his sinful nature on to his children and to the whole human race.
We are going to look at the children of Adam at different times in history and see God’s estimate of them.
We will be considering what the children of Adam are by nature. We should bear in mind that all through the Scriptures we see a work of God’s grace in certain individuals. In every age, there were men and women who were marked by faith in God.
The Children of Adam in Noah’s Time
In Genesis 6, God tells us what conditions were like on the earth approximately 800 years after Adam’s death. By this time there was a vast number of people living on the earth.
What were people like at this time? The Bible tells us that they were very wicked. God’s Word says, “God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” (Genesis 6:5)
God says that the people of this time were so wicked that every thought they had was only evil continually. The Bible says,
“It repented the Lord [it made him sorry] that He had made man on the earth, and it grieved Him at His heart.” (Genesis 6:6)
Because men were so wicked, God sent a great flood which destroyed every person except Noah and his family. Only eight people survived this great flood—Noah and his wife, and their three sons and their wives.
The Children of Adam in David’s Time
After the great flood, the family of Noah brought forth children and multiplied. Once again, the children of Adam covered the earth, and once again they turned from God and filled the earth with their sin and wickedness.
Once again God called forth a single family to follow Him. God chose Abraham to be the head of a family who were to be His special people—the children of Israel. Later, the children of Israel became slaves in Egypt, but God gave them a deliverer, Moses, who led them out of Egypt.
On Mount Sinai, God gave the Ten Commandments to Moses. These commandments showed the people what was right and what was wrong in God’s sight.
Later, under the leadership of David, a godly king, Israel became a great and powerful nation. This was approximately 1300 years after the flood.
Did these people bring satisfaction and pleasure to God’s heart? No, they did not. The Bible says, “The Lord looks down from heaven at the human race, to see if there is anyone who is wise and seeks God. Everyone rejects God; they are all morally corrupt. None of them does what is right, not even one!” (Psalm 14:2-3 NET Bible). Even with a good king like David and with God’s holy laws, the people were still sinful in their hearts.
The Children of Adam in Christ’s Time
Another thousand years pass by, and we come to the time when the Lord Jesus Christ was on the earth. Were the children of Adam any better then? No, they were not. Jesus knew what was in the hearts of men. Here is His description of the children of Adam: “For from within, out of the human heart, come evil ideas, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, greed, evil, deceit, debauchery, envy, slander, pride, and folly. All these evils come from within and defile a person.” (Mark 7:21-23 NET Bible)
The Children of Adam in Our Time
It has been about 2000 years since the time of Christ. Are the children of Adam better now? No, they are not. The children of Adam are all sinners by nature. The Bible says,
“As it is written, ‘There is none righteous, no, not one: There is none who understands, there is none who seeks after God. They have all turned aside; they have together become unprofitable; there is none who does good, no, not one.” (Romans 3:10-12 NKJV)
The Bible does not say that all of Adam’s children are alike in their sinful actions, but the Bible does say that we are all “under sin.”
The Lord Jesus told us what things would be like in the very end days, just before He comes back to the world in great power and glory. Will things be better then? No, they will not. Instead, they will be worse.
Jesus said that “iniquity [sin] shall abound” in the days ahead.
The Lord said,
“And as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of Man.” (Luke 17:26)
The Lord Jesus is saying here that when He comes again, things on earth will be as they were in the days of Noah. What was it like in the days of Noah? “The wickedness of man was great in the earth…every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” (Genesis 6:5) We have looked at the children of Adam at different times throughout history. The entire history of Adam’s family can be summed up in one word—sin.
God’s Promised Savior
Before He created Adam, God knew that Adam and his children would fail. But from eternity, God had His plan. He would give the human race another Man, the Lord Jesus Christ.
In reading the Old Testament, we discover that, from the fall of man onward, every blessing that God promises is connected with a coming Saviour.
God’s great plan of redemption began with one man, Abraham. God said to Abraham, “Get out of your country, and from your kindred, and from your father’s house, unto a land that I will show you…And I will bless those who bless you, and curse him who curses you: and in you shall all the families of the earth be blessed.” (Genesis 12:1,3)
In Genesis 22:18, God promised Abraham “In your seed [one person—Christ] shall all the nations of the earth be blessed.”
In these wonderful promises to Abraham, God revealed His heart. His great purpose is to bless man. Even though men are sinners, God loves His sinful creatures and desires to bless them.
God’s blessings for the human race were not to come through Adam and his family, but through Christ, God’s promised Saviour. This promised Saviour would bring in righteousness and peace. He would be “for a light to the Gentiles” and God’s salvation to the ends of the earth. The Bible says, “Of the increase of His government and peace there shall be no end…” (Isaiah 9:7)
* God created man for His pleasure.
* God’s first man, Adam, and his family brought no pleasure to God.
* God promised a coming Saviour, Jesus Christ.
* In Him all the nations of the earth will be blessed.
God is “the God of truth.” (Isaiah 65:16) He wants us to know the truth.
It is the truth of God that has the power to set men free. Jesus said,
“You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” (John 8:32)
God gave us the Bible that we might know the truth—the truth about God, the truth about Jesus Christ, the truth about Satan, the truth about sin, and the truth about ourselves.
The Bible tells us the truth about the origin of things—the origin of the universe, the beginning of the world, and the beginning of the human race.
Men leave God out of their thoughts and engage in endless speculations on the origin of the universe. We need to simply believe God’s Word. The Bible says, “Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God…” (Hebrews 11:3)
God said it.
That settles it.
I believe it.
No believer need be afraid that any discoveries of geology or of any other science will ever be able to shake the truth of God’s Word.
The Bible tells us the truth regarding the origin of man. Again, men leave God out and weary themselves with various theories about how man got here. The Bible says that man was created by God. The human body is the most wonderful thing in nature. It could never have come into being by chance.
God did not create millions of people; he created one man, Adam, and He created a wife for Adam. Adam was the head of the human race. When he sinned he took the whole race with him—away from God.
Man in his natural state is not only a sinner, but he is a rebel. He does not want God to interfere in his life or his plans. The Bible says that the carnal or fleshly mind is “enmity”—hatred against God.
The great leaders of the world can exercise their minds to try to solve the problems brought on by man’s sin and rebellion, but they can never solve them.
We must not put our trust in man, neither ourselves nor others. If we put our trust in man, we will be bitterly disappointed. The Bible says,
“Cursed is the man who trusts in man.” (Jeremiah 17:5)
We are to put our trust in the living God. He will never fail us or disappoint us. The Bible says:
How blessed it is to know God. The Bible says, “Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose help is in the Lord his God, who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them; who keeps truth for ever.” (Psalm 146:5-6).
The goal is to be supernatural parents. It is not just about giving birth to two boys and two girls that you cannot account for in the spirit.
Oh yes, God will bless your marriage with fruitfulness, but it doesn’t end there. It doesn’t end by receiving children from the Lord, in fact, that is the start of your assignment as an earthly guardian to a heavenly treasure; what you do with the seed that has been released to you by God.
I wish you knew. I honestly wish you knew.
How that Jeremiah revealed the mystery of conception to us.
How he revealed the relationship that God is currently enjoying with your unborn children right now.
“I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nations.” Jeremiah 1:5
This mystery tells us of a place of ‘knowing in the spirit’ before our children are released to us. A place where God communicates and anoints your children according to their ordination on the earth and the interest of God they have been commissioned to protect. But how you preserve that ordination as a parent is a protocol of supernatural parenting.
If your children are first known by God in the spirit before they are released to you on earth, will they still continue to retain their relevance in the spirit after they come out of your womb?
Will a prophet in the realm of the Spirit still be a prophet when he is released into your one bedroom apartment, or duplex?
If a child who is sitting in heavenly places leaps out of heaven into your womb, will He or she find an altar in your home that replicates the splendor of the heavenly places the child is accustomed to?
Will an evangelist retain his office when your prayers for a child is answered? Will your children continue to know the God that has first known them before they were formed? Will that relationship be sustained through your office as a parent?
Jesus said ” I do what I see my Father do.” Will your children loose sight of what they have been seeing their Father do because they came into your home?
Think about this please, think about this. The goal is not to just have children, the goal is to birth different extensions of God.

Youthful Praise Nation came into existence as God’s leading, and as a result of the passion and love the leader and convener (Oliseh Udogwu) has for youths and music. He was mandated to gather youths who are willing and ready to serve God with everything (Eccl 12:1), capturing the saved, unsaved, and those whose hearts has been diverted away from GOD. The Achievements so far is great, with members and chapters in Delta, Lagos, Anambra, Enugu, Abuja (Nigeria), and Uganda.
The vision started as a praise concert in June 2016 with Oliseh and his youthful praise crew (whom were the youth of winners chapel, Ezukwu-Ibusa, Delta). The concert extended to Lagos in November 2020, doubled as Oliseh’s 2nd music album launch concert: Youthful Praise Medley. Thus, hosting several Youthful Praise Concerts in Delta and Lagos, Nigeria:

Let me tell you a short story… ✍
I wasn’t born with a silver spoon, but I didn’t grow up to lack either. However, life happened and I was introduced to huzzling at the young age of 16.
THE debate is gradually gaining momentum. There is a growing minority of young people venting, postulating, analyzing and exegesizing on the fact that the word gospel music should actually be non existent in our musical lexicon. Their opinion is that there is nothing like gospel music. According to them, Music is music.
And sadly, a great number of people have started to catch up with the bug. They continue to dissociate themselves from being recognized as gospel artistes/musicians or music ministers so they can probably have the liberty to sing cross over songs and gain secular appeal. They call themselves either “music artistes or musicians”. Their opinion and belief is that attaching the word gospel to their nomenclature even when they sing spiritual songs, diminishes, restrict, limit or subsumes them under the cover of a sectional or parochial variant. They ask questions like: “ is there anything like gospel doctor, gospel lecturer, gospel banker, gospel accountant, gospel engineer or gospel architect etc?” Why should there be anything like gospel musician?
My response is simple: if only you understood the meaning of the word gospel, and why it is associated with Christian singers, you would gravitate towards rather than scamper away from it.
Music as practiced in the church today is a fallout from the original Old Testament practice, where the tribe of Levi was dedicated to the service of the altar and a major part of that service was the functional activities of the levitical priesthood among whose role was to sing in the altar. Music ministry basically is an altar service especially when it is practiced inside the church. Although I do not intend to discountenance the efficacy, propriety or reality of the existence of gospel music at social, ceremonial, governmental and other secular events. I believe there is also a place for all that. This will be a discussion for a different essay. But the genesis of spiritual music emanated from the altar, and that is where our present status is derived from.
However, it may be important here for us to know why some persons and activities have the word “gospel” attached to their titles, nomenclature or work e.g, gospel musician, gospel artiste, gospel music minister, gospel preacher or gospel movie, gospel comedy, infact some people prefer the usage, music ministers while also adding a prefix to the word, calling it Gospel music ministers .
The emphasis here is on the word “gospel”.
